Health issues

First-aid services will be available during the European Regional Conference time. If necessary, patients will be referred to the medical facilities of Tbilisi city. Participants should have valid travel insurance (including health cover) for the duration of their stay in Georgia.

 

Entry to Georgia:

  • As per the latest entry regulations,  it is no longer obligatory to provide negative PCR test result at the border.
  • Persons fully vaccinated (two doses, and one dose in the case of Johnson & Johnson) should present the document confirming the full course conduct of any COVID-19 vaccination.
  • Documents are valid irrespective of the vaccination time mentioned on them.

Prior to attending the conference:

  • COVID 19 self-test kits will be available in your hotel room and we highly recommend to use them prior to attending the conference.
  • If you test positive, please refrain from attending the conference and notify+995 591 60 50 80 (Health focal point; 24/7). Stay in your hotel room and monitor your symptoms.

 

During the conference

  • We highly encourage you to wear mask in crowded common areas during the event.
  • Masks and hand sanitizers are available in the venue, near to the meeting space entrance and in the hotel rooms.
  • Rapid tests are at your disposal during the conference, and we highly advise you to test on a daily basis (especially if having symptoms).

 

After the conference

  • If you need PCR test before you return home please contact:+995 591 60 50 80
  • The PCR test needs to be booked 24 hours ahead
  • Price: 50 GEL (cash and bank card accepted)
